"Theme de Le Goff"    ENNIO MORRICONE
Morricone - film music = with pleasure and every now and then. Listen to it - the melody we all know. But before that, we think of Alain Delon. Of Jean Gabin in the Sicilian clan. Images rise up. Delon in a prisoner transport van. In the traffic jam, a hole is sawn into the floor of the van from below with a steel jigsaw. Off to freedom. On to the next coup. Everything could have turned out well - the escape succeeds, the jewellery heist also works. But of course Delon had to make a quick connection with Gabin's daughter-in-law. So: out of and over ... terrible, terrible. Rigid sexual morals, dubious concepts of honour. But some honour, after all. The gangsters beat the crap out of each other. Lino Ventura does the rest. This music plays along with it.
